Frequently Asked Questions May I bring children to NCB concerts? Yes, you may bring children of any age. Tickets for children are $18 for a four-concert subscription and $6 for single events. If you think your child may disrupt the concert, we ask that you request seats near one of the exits. Our box office can help you find the right seats for you. Are food and beverage allowed in the concert hall? We invite you to finish your food and beverage in the lobby. Are there large-print programs available? Yes, please ask one of our ushers for a large-print program, which contains our program notes. What is your late seating policy? Late seating is allowed between program selections. Is there a lost and found? Please contact Pick-Staiger Concert Hall at 847-491-5441, or you can call NCB at 847-432-BAND to inquire about lost and found articles. Are the venues wheelchair-accessible? Yes, Pick-Staiger is wheelchair accessible. Please inform our box office of your special seating requirements, and we will be happy to assist you. |
